Resident Evil 2 Resolution Patch
I get 120 fps on all raid levels except for the levels with high amounts of particle effects like fog and fire. I believe the problem with this game is the particle effects are rendered by the CPU/processor instead of the GPU which is a bad and very stupid design decision. On the boiler room looking level with all the fire and steam I can go inside one of those round rooms and the FPS will be 120 as soon as I leave the room it instantly drops to 60 and the character will start stuttering when I'm moving.

I will try your fix but I think the real thing that needs to be done is for the Devs to change the particle effects to GPU rendering to fix the poor performance.
