Dino D-Day is a multiplayer team-based first-person action video game developed by 800 North and Digital Ranch. It was released for Microsoft Windows on April 8, 2011.
Overview Dino D-Day is a multiplayer-oriented class-based first-person shooter developed and distributed by and for the (via ) on April 8, 2011. Originated as a one-map single-player 'prototype' game for (released on November 11, 2009) and powered by, the game introduces an where scientists have found a way to breed killer, creating a powerful raptor army serving the Third Reich. Players are thrown into conflicts (Team Deathmatch, King of the Hill, Objectives, and Control Points) in North Africa as one of 17 unique playable classes (9 human classes, 7 regular dinosaur classes, and 2 special dinosaur class). Factions and Classes Dino D-Day pits players as one of two factions: the Allies (Hardgrave's Team) and the Axis (Dinosauriergruppe). Each faction has direct access to several playable classes, both human and dinosaur, each with their own unique ablities. Allied Captain Jack Hardgrave American paleontologist turned battle-hardened dinosaur hunter, who sometimes needs to feed the urge to punch dinosaurs in the face.
Weapons: (can be swapped for ), Special Ability (Berserk): After killing three enemies in a single life, the player can make Hardgrave temporarily by pressing the Special Ability key. While berserk, he is only able to use his fists, but he can absorb a greater amount of damage taken and can deal additional damage. Weapons: Claws Special Ability (Head-butt): By pressing the primary attack button while sprinting, the player can knock down enemy humans, leaving them helpless for a short period of time. Special Ability (Victim Throw): By pressing the secondary attack button at a knocked-down enemy human, the player can pick up the corpse for an instant kill. The player can also (within five seconds) throw the corpse at other enemies to also kill them.

Viscious and intelligent theropod dinosaur equipped with a powerful MG34 machine gun on its back (which tends to overheat). It can also knock enemies down (and finish them off) by ramming them.

In addition, it carries a Stick Grenade on its back which can be used as a last-second suicide option to take out nearby enemies. Weapons: Claws Special Ability (Detonate): By pressing the secondary attack button, the Compsognathus can detonate its grenade, dealing heavy damage to nearby enemies while killing itself.

Small, four-winged dromaeosaurid dinosaur also used for ambushing enemies (as long as there are no delicious dead jackrabbits lying around). While it cannot fly, it can flap its wings to reach higher surfaces and cling onto walls to hide from enemies. Along with its claws, it also uses its poison glands to spit venom onto enemies (damaging them and, if hit on the face, disorienting them).
Weapons: Claws, Venom Spit Tyrannosaurus Rex Added in the July 28, 2011 update. On certain Deathmatch maps, a random Axis player can spawn as the deadly. A large, carnivorous dinosaur (which is impervious to bullet fire), it has bolted on both sides of its skull. It can also roar at enemies (using the Special Ability button) to knock them down and eat them quickly (using the secondary attack button), or pick up a 500 lb. Bomb (using the secondary attack button) and throw it at enemies (using the primary attack button).
Styracosaur On a certain Objective map, a random Axis player can spawn as the Styracosaur, which must be escorted to a particular point without dying. A large, herbivorous dinosaur, the Styracosaur is outfitted with a large tank gun (which must be aimed separately using the Special Ability key) and can completely withstand bullet fire.
